The Iron Trust has on the back of the club’s latest statement been inundated with requests for information and clarity on what is happening at Scunthorpe United Football club.

Gainsborough Trinity are seemingly unaware that the Iron intend to move their home games to Northolme.

These latest developments and the uncertainty it has created has upset and hurt many of our members and fellow supporters alike.

We at the Iron Trust are trying to find out what is happening in real terms and the future options available to the clubs current owner. 

We are talking to several parties in trying to secure the future of our beloved football club for the supporters and the local community. We also look to the football authorities to offer real leadership and guidance through this latest crisis.

Over 200 people have been galvanised to sign up to The Iron Trust this week alone as fellow football supporters across the country join the fight to save a proud football club.
